Berrien Birding Outing

Meet on the Marsh Overlook Tower where we’ll watch for birds in the marsh and river below. From here we’ll backtrack along the Canopy Walkway and follow the Ridge Trail back to the parking lot. Then for those in want of more (!) we’ll head inland to check for warblers in floodplain forests along the Galien River at the Kesling Preserve and along Forest Lawn and Let’s go birding! Late Spring Group Outings - 2021 Lakeside Roads. Meet on the Marsh Overlook Tower at Galien River County Park.

Wildflower Walk

The same wooded trails that provide great skiing in winter host one of the best spring wildflower displays in our area! Join a park naturalist on one or more of the following days for a guided walk to the best current locations! Entrance fee of $3/ Berrien County Resident $5 Non-Resident vehicle.

Dunes & Shadowland Pavilions are unavailable to rent. Open to Public on a first come basis.
