This clinic will provide - Pfizer (for those 12+), Moderna (18+) and Johnson and Johnson (18+). Pfizer and Moderna are a two-dose series; those receiving a 1st dose at this clinic will be offered an appointment to return for the 2nd dose. If you are scheduling to receive your 2nd dose, 3rd dose or booster, please bring your vaccination record card with you to the appointment. Those under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent prior to vaccination.
