COPP ROAD CONSTRUCTION:

EXPECT INTERMITTENT LANE CLOSURES FOR PAVING OPERATIONS

TOWNSHIP: Bertrand Township

 LOCATION: Copp Road between Bertrand Road and the state line

 CLOSEST CITIES: Niles, Buchanan

ANTICIPATED PAVING DATE: Monday, 8/28/2023

PROJECT: Copp Road will be resurfaced with a 2” asphalt overlay between Bertrand Road and the stateline. 

Traffic Restrictions: Copp Road will have intermittent lane closures between Bertrand Road and the state line. 

• Work schedule is weather and contractor permitting. 
• Traffic lane restrictions are anticipated to occur typically between the hours of 6am and 8pm. 
  1. Intermittent lane closures will be maintained by flaggers.
• The public should expect possible travel delays. 
  1. Stopping should be expected.
• Remember to reduce speeds when traveling through work zones. 
  1. Watch out for construction workers and equipment.
