Though Berrien County Trial Court operations are suspended, the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office will remain operating for essential court functions, including felony preliminary exams or matters specifically pertaining to in-custody defendants. Citizens coming to the Courthouses to visit the prosecutor’s office will not be allowed entry.
