Endowment Fund

Field

The Berrien County Parks Fund is an endowment fund that was established in 1988 to help the Berrien County Parks Commission take advantage of special opportunities that may arise in the future. Examples could include the acquisition of new park properties, the construction or improvement of facilities at existing County Parks, or the development of new programs. The Berrien County Parks Fund is managed by the Berrien Community Foundation, so contributions may qualify donors for both a Federal Income Tax Deduction and a Michigan Community Foundation Income Tax Credit.
