The Trial Court Finance Office provides centralized and consolidated functional accounting for the Trial Court and its divisions by performing the following duties: cashiering, accounts receivable, accounts payable, enforcement of court collections, preparation and monitoring of the court budget, administering the child care fund and producing court financial reports.
Enforcement Office
The enforcement office is responsible for collecting court costs, fines, fees and restitution. The enforcement staff administers various collection techniques including sending notices regarding delinquent cases, processing wage assignments, time pay plans, tax offsets, orders to remit prisoner funds, show cause hearings and bench warrants.
