Food Service Program

Nutritionally prepared meals are provided to each resident for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days per week. In addition, residents receive a daily evening snack. Food service staff follow USDA federal designated dietary guidelines for developing the menu to ensure all youth are offered a balanced meal and appropriate servings.

Food service staff maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and are certified as ServSafe compliant.  ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.
