Daylight Savings Time Ends

Most of the U.S.observes Daylight Saving Time; the only exceptions are Arizona, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.
Daylight Savings Time begins the second Sunday of March at 2:00am when time "springs" forward one hour. Standard Time returns the first Sunday in November at 2:00am when time "falls" backward one hour.
