The Friend of the Court has the following duties:

1. To investigate, report and make recommendations to the court on these matters:
• Custody
• Visitation
• Amount of Support
  
2. To collect, record and send out all support payments ordered by the court.
   
3. To enforce all custody orders entered by the court.
   
4. To enforce all visitation orders entered by the court.
   
5. To enforce all support orders entered by the court.
   
6. To provide mediation as a way of settling disagreements over custody and visitation of children.
