The purpose of the Financial Services Department is to maintain and report the financial data of Berrien County to the appropriate personnel, thereby providing the tools to achieve the goal of sound and prudent fiscal management.

Please contact our office if you are a vendor who receives regular payments from Berrien County and are interested in receiving those payments electronically. Please contact Ben Reynnells at (269) 983-7111 (ext. 8296) if you are interested in participating. Be prepared to provide him with bank routing number, account number and account type. Also please mention to Ben or his representative, if your Company or Organization offers any type of discount for payment made electronically within a certain number of days after receipt of your invoice.

To view Vendor or Purchase Order payment history for the last three months, click on ‘Vendor/Purchase Order Search'. Then enter your five digit vendor number or the eight digit purchase order number.
